- LLLondynDec 17, 20251.0waited in line probably for about 10-15 minutes trying to order a scoop of ice cream from baskin robins and the workers constantly walked past us and didn’t even say anything like “we’ll be right with you” there were at least 2-3 workers and one of the workers was just talking to her friends instead of helping us. we couldn’t even use the screen to order because none of the scoops can be ordered off of it. they also only had 12 out of 31 flavors available and limited toppings. there’s a reason why we never go to dunkin or baskin robins.

But worse than wait times is the inconsistent coffee preparation. When I ask for ONE cream and an espresso shot in my coffee and it comes out white as a sheet, that’s unacceptable.
