I purchased two 4‑piece meals, but after leaving the location I noticed the chicken had a strange odor. I immediately returned to request a refund. The manager offered to replace the food with a fresh order, and I handed the original bag back. However, when I received the replacement, I was only given one 4‑piece meal and my side item was missing. After already dealing with food that did not seem fresh, receiving an incomplete and incorrect replacement order was extremely frustrating. I am very disappointed with the service.

The sweet tea 1/4 didn't taste normal, it was old and had a weird taste to it, I had to spit it out. The gravy had a pretty bad smell, the closer you got it to your nose the worse, I'm glad I didn't eat it, the mashed potatoes was the same. The dirty rices super wet and slimey thrashed right way. The Mac and cheese was good. I've passed through there multiple times during lunch and had not experienced this, I guess like most people say it just depends who's working there, I'll probably never pass through there at night again, smell your food before you eat it.
