  Worst experience. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. After placing our order at the drive-thru, they disconnected the speaker before we were finished, then made us drive all the way around again just to add a donut they had missed—despite no one being behind us. Completely unnecessary and frustrating. Definitely needs better customer service and communication.

  I stopped going after the 4th time of “we are out of chocolate glazed” I’ve been different times of the day too. Gimme a break

  Horrible experience. This is my second time having the same problem. Attitude eye rolling an disrespect I only look forward to coming and getting my Dunkin ice latte and every time I say less ice, they never fill it to the top always leaving so much space… I would maybe understand if I said no ice but I ask for less and then when I ask for it to be filled up (because they always but to much ice) i get eye rolling , snatching , and laughing like kids . I am a manager at Dunkin myself for many years and this is just insane this is not what I taught my staff and I started to hate coming here. Last time I was here the girls were so rude and the coffee tasted like water . I don’t recommend coming to this location. It will truly ruin your day
