  The girl bringing food out was VERY polite and had a great sense of customer service. Nice to see. The person taking the orders was personable as well. Good customer service is hard to find but not here. Good job to these young People.

  I used to come here mainly for the drink selection. Never was all that impressed with the burgers. The new smashburger has rectified that! Not the best I ever had but better than the other fast food options in town by far and at a great price. I downloaded the app and have found there are some great deals to be found there. It’s hard to beat a double smashburger, fries or tots and a drink for $6.00! I also enjoy the breakfast burritos.

  When they do bother to get your order right the food is edible. They always overload their burgers with sauce to where the shirt I'm wearing at the time will not survive. Today I even had them remake the same burger twice due to putting onions on a burger twice in a row. I know I can just scrape them off but the fact that I need to every single time no matter how much I ask for no onions is insane. Thankfully the Franklin store is the only one I've been to that has a problem but good lord what a problem. The last 3 times I went here there was a problem with what I ordered. And it always involves onions!! This last time I went really was the last time.

  I've been to a lot of Sonics and this one is by far the best. Everything is made correctly and they still offer the mint that most others have done away with. It was a bit if a wait after ordering,but it was great otherwise
