It was flatter than printer paper and tasted like it had been emotionally damaged sometime in 2007. The manager moved with the urgency of someone buffering at 2%. I’ve seen sloths handle logistics with more authority. Running a restaurant might not be their calling — maybe competitive napping is. If I could give less than one star, I would. Zero stars. Negative stars. I would invent a new rating system just to properly document this experience. If Google let me pick one “Worst Review of My Lifetime Achievement Award,” it would go here. And I cannot believe I’m typing this… but it tasted worse than McDonald’s. Yes. That McDonald’s. Ronald is somewhere laughing.

People are ALWAYS the reason a location thrives and makes money and the Reason they do not! This is a reflection on the manager on down. When you have a simple request for fresh / hot fries and the reluctance in this request. It's not the wallet of the employees that buys the food, it's the customer's wallet. What ever happened to "sure happy to do that for you."?
