The people working had headphones in and you could not get their attention after they messed up the order the first time. After thinking they had finally finished, got home and half my order was missing. Happens almost every time. I’ve probably lost $200 over the last year or so in food that they forget to stick in the bag.

The sweet tea machines were open, and I actually saw someone sneeze into them, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. When this was brought to management’s attention, they were rude and dismissive instead of taking it seriously. Basic food safety and customer service were lacking. Nobody was even behind the counter, Management needs to do much better or be fired.
