  I've been to a lot of Sonics and this one is by far the best. Everything is made correctly and they still offer the mint that most others have done away with. It was a bit if a wait after ordering,but it was great otherwise

  And this quite possibly could be the worst Sonic in the world. I haven't been there in a while but I boycotted them a year ago because of horrible service and absolutely horrid food. I mean I had a frozen tater tot in my fried pickles that were undercooked. I asked for no onions and the sandwich came out with more onions on it than I've ever seen on a sandwich in my life. The manager was nice. She helped me get my refund and gave me some extra coupons but I won't be going back there to eat. Maybe I can use them somewhere else

  Online mobile orders are a joke! If Alex is working just be prepared to get 1/2 of what you ordered and if there is any substitutes on your order they will not be done on your order. New girl is too lazy to walk two feet from the window to get anything so be prepared for an attitude! When I pay for something and give specific directions that’s what I want and that’s what I pay for. I ask and pay for extra limes in my drink every order. I’m tired of paying for them and not getting them. The last few times they say they have ran out of limes. I ask for twisted lime syrup that’s bright green and when I get my limeade it’s clear. Don’t have any trouble with any other Sonic. Just seems like specific lazy people at this location. Gabby that works in the morning shift is amazing and is wonderful at her job.

  I ordered up lunch at the Sonic in Franklin NC today. The smash burgers are really good. The french fries at the Franklin NC however were identical to the ones I had last summer from that same Sonic. They taste stale and flavorless. Fries that bad usually are from failing to change the cooking oil frequently enough or they don't throw fries out after they've been sitting for 20 minutes. It's unfortunate because smash burgers and fries go together.
