French fries are normally served hot or at least warm, nope these were cold. The apple slices, with the kid meal, were the best, cold and crisp in a sealed package. At least the refrigeration works! Haven't been to a McDonalds in sometime and now I'm reminded of why I avoid them. Deserves ZERO STARS!!!! Great reply, corporate wanting me to waste my time providing more detail on a poorly rated business. They can't send out their own resources, order food and discover how poor it is? My time is NOT free!
