We waited more than five minutes before I asked why we had not been helped. And one of the three Employees said, normally she is helping at the register but she is making drinks for me now so,. We then waited another 2-3 minutes. I then scan the code to give feedback and SUDDENLY they walked over to take our order. They were horrible. It was horrible service. Date 12:29 about 3:10pm

The raspberry croissant didn’t come warmed up and tasted like undercooked dough. But bagels are usually consistent for me, but not today. Today it was burnt and had barely any cream cheese & ultimately was inedible because I couldn’t chew it since it was so over cooked
