Every employee seems personally offended that we decided to grace their establishment. This will be our last time going.

No tip = bad coffee, burnt or uncooked food, no napkins .. shameful retribution. Remember, these employees aren't paid less than minimum wage and aren't traditionally tipped as such. Only exceptional service might be considerable for a gratuity. Since this is the second Dunkin to do this, we will not be back.
