- AAAmberApr 18, 20261.0I had a bad experience tonight. First of all this location doesn’t advertise tailgate specials- they just have what they call a family meal on the menu. That was weird to me. A tailgate special is iconic to Bojangles. Anyway, when I order a 12pc family meal and get to the window the woman is tapping her long nasty nails on the counter while she talks to me about my order. It is a fact that long nails harbor more germs than short nails and I was grossed out watching her tap them repetitively on the counter. I don’t think someone with long fake nails should be working in food service. But my bigger problem is that I ordered fries as one of my 3 sides and got cole slaw instead. No one in my family eats cole slaw. Fries were one of the only things my kids would eat other than chicken and we got NONE! My kids were so disappointed. She also told me if I wanted more than 2 sauces she’d have to charge me….. but a 12pc family meal serves 6 people and you’re only allowed 2 sauces for 6 people…. Then the biggest problem- we got absolutely no napkins, forks, plates or cups with our tailgate special (or as they call it.. family meal). Needless to say it was difficult to tailgate with no plates, forks, napkins, or cups to go with our half gallon of tea….. This Bojangles is terrible!
- EEElisaApr 17, 20261.0I ordered a tailgate today and the pinto beans I ordered had an expiration date sticker within the beans that we pulled out as seen in the photos . THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISGUSTING THING IVE EVER SEEN !! NOT ONLY IS THERE A LITERAL STICKER IN THE FOOD ITS ALSO BEEN CLEARLY EXPIRED SINCE LAST YEAR!!!
