I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches. 1 was completely wrong with sauces on it and jalapeños that we did not ask for. I called and told them our sandwich was wrong and the person working told me to bring the sandwich and the receipt back. I drove back to Subway and waited in the drive thru for someone to help me. After 20 minutes I called the store. No answer. Mind you, there was nobody else waiting, it was just me (in the drive thru) and the 2 workers inside. Called again, got an answer and told them to please send someone to the window. Finally the person who I had spoken to initially came to the window and took my sandwich, opened it, used their ungloved finger to sift through the sandwich, rolled it back up and put it back in the bag. She/he then proceeded to hand me the sandwich back and told me that they couldn't remake a sandwich that had a bite taken out of it. I respectfully replied "We seen the sandwich was wrong but didnt want to worry with driving all the way back up here so I tried to just make it work, but it was DISGUSTING. Yall messed the sandwich up, and you need to fix it!" She/he slammed the window, rolled their eyes and remade my sandwich. I missed eating dinner with my family. I frequent this Subway too often to have had this happen.
