  I came in recently to order a sugar free smoothie as I normally do and when I ordered this time I was rung up by an employee named Alyssa who I believe is a newer hire. After sitting down, it took around 10 minutes for my smoothie to be made although I was the only customer inside at the time. Finally, after receiving my drink I noticed it didn’t taste nor look the same, so I went back up to the counter to ask why, and the employee said she added whey protein instead of sugar. After going back and forth for a minute about how it “wouldn’t make a difference” I said I hadn’t asked for protein to be added, and I guess the other employee Madilyn heard because she came out and offered to remake my drink. I’ve never experienced something like this here before and don’t think I’ll continue to order from here.

  I’ve been coming here for the past two years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The manager, Jasper, helped me a while back when I ordered online at the wrong location, and instead of making me go back or pay for another order, she just got it done for me. Highly recommend them for a lite lunch or awesome smoothie!

  The absolute worst location and the food taste just as disgusting idk who’s making your wraps but they need another class on how to properly make a wrap. There’s absolutely no reason why my wrap isn’t completely cut and when I pulled it apart the components are not a damn salad it’s no longer a wrap this so so disappointing yall need to do better honestly is disgusting how terrible this food is

  This place is usually good anywhere but on fort Bragg, the food is still good but lunch needs to be figured out for the rush, past two times I have came my food has been done when I do an online order but my smoothie has been forgotten.. kinda inconvenient when you place and order 10 minutes out and wait 20-39 minutes for a smoothie. Possibly they should make an online pickup line only so there is no confusion people can come grab their stuff and go.. and not wait forever for their stuff.
