- RRRuby3 days ago1.0This was my third time at this location, and unfortunately, nothing has improved. There’s one employee in particular who is consistently rude. During this visit, she was preparing food and didn’t greet us or acknowledge us at all—not even a smile. She came across as if she didn’t want to be there, which made the experience uncomfortable. Customer service should at least include basic courtesy, and that’s clearly missing here. It’s disappointing, especially considering the other location on base provides much better service.

Super chunky ice chips throughout the whole thing, almost like they turned the blender on for about 3 seconds. Couldn’t even use a straw. Then if you let it melt, it’s just a watered down smoothie. Terrible
- EVEdwin ValeraApr 8, 20231.0The absolute worst tropical smoothie I've ever been too. Food prep is painfully slow. Staff is always confused and have excuses. Food presentation is always sloppy. Something is always missing from my order. They have no idea how to handle delivery or large amounts of people. The manager is no help, basically a face that can't fix anything. His answer to every was "You'll have to speak with the owner" I truly hate having to order from this location.
