  My husband and I recently ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni and sausage pizza, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The pizza had very little cheese, and was covered in large, unappetizing bubbles. Only about a quarter of the pizza was even edible. We also opted for the garlic crust, but it was completely bland and lacking any noticeable flavor. If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. Do yourself a favor and avoid wasting your money at this location

  Worse dominos ever!!!! My pizza took over 1hr 15 to get to mee. They marked it as done so it looked do e in the app. And then when I called the girl put me on hold for 11 mins for no reason .... pizza showed up cold and disgusting. #dominosdobetter

  I placed an online order at around 9:30am to be delivered to Womack at 11:45am. According to their online tracker, the delivery driver left the store at 11:26am with my order. At 11:50am, I checked the tracker again and it said my order had been delivered, which it had not. I called the store and eventually was able to speak to the manager on duty. He said the driver was on the way. I explained that I needed to know when my order would arrive because it was already late and I only have so long for my lunch break. I was put on hold, and when the manager came back on the line, he said the driver was 4 minutes away. 15 minutes later, still no food, so I called the store again. The manager answered. I explained that my food still had not been received and that at this point I only had about 7 minutes left on my lunch break. I also explained that the Dominoes Order Tracker said my order had left his store 50 minutes prior. The delivery driver arrives with my order at this point. I told the manager I was unhappy because there was no way my order would be hot or fresh (and it definitely was not). He said he could not predict traffic and that is what took so long. I said that was no excuse when I ordered before the store even opened and had a specific delivery time. Then he claimed it was because they "got slammed with a lot of orders and only have 2 delivery drivers." So I told him that isn't an excuse, it's poor management to only schedule 2 drivers for a Friday lunch shift. The manager didn't respond. He just hung up on me! Most unprofessional "manager" I have ever dealt with in my life. I hope someone in upper management reads this and finds out who this terrible excuse for a manager is because he needs to be fired! Horrible customer service! Horrible service period! We need to treat our Soldiers, DA Civilians, and veterans better than what this man treated me and my co-worker!
