This issue happened December 27 2025 inside the Anderson Creek location. They were not able to fix the problem they caused, which had to deal with my points. They "did the best they could" by providing a corporate number that would possibly be able to help. That phone wasn't any help and neither was the other 3 employees I talked to throughout the next 2 weeks. This gentleman at this location, Dillion, listened to my questions and even though he didn't have the answer, he "did what he could" at a pizza place and ensured I left as a happy customer. This was an example great customer service and an example of how one is able to resolve an issue that happened at another store with ease. Thank you so much Sir.

We decided to go up there ourselves where the cashier said the driver just left. When we finally got our pizza, it was cold. So if you want your pizza to be hot and have it at a reasonable time, either get it yourself or go somewhere else. This place sucks.

The pizza had very little cheese, and was covered in large, unappetizing bubbles. Only about a quarter of the pizza was even edible. We also opted for the garlic crust, but it was completely bland and lacking any noticeable flavor. If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. Do yourself a favor and avoid wasting your money at this location
