They’ll put your order in the to go section because they’re too lazy to bring it out. Had to go up and ask for my beer after waiting 10+ minutes. Wrong wings count. Paid for all flats and got drums. Ordered fries with desert heat seasoning, got just salt and pepper. Ordered FOUR ranches and got ZERO, frustrating and has happened more than once. I should know better by now. Wings not tossed at all just poured in to the box. Very frustrating, when you say an order is complete, complete the correct order and have some kind of pride or confirmation system to your location which is supposed to specifically be a “TOGO” location. Extremely frustrating.
