  I waited for about 25-30 mins for my meal a burger meal and a appetizer to go. To get home and not have the fries for the meal. After over hearing the reason for the wait was they just made fries. Place is disorganized and clearly no quality assurance is in place just stick to the ones off base.

  This location use to be a KFC and honestly, it still feels like KFC when you walk in. The layout isn't much to talk about. The show selection on the TVs was interesting. 3 TVs were playing different cooking shows, 3 more were playing Discovery / Animal Planet shows (watched a rhino get an ultrasound while eating my food), and one TV was on cartoon network. Cant recall what the other TVs showed, but NONE showed anything sports related and none had subtitles on so there really wasn't a point in watching them. I get its a Buffalo Wild Wings "Go", but with seating to eat in available it really didnt feel as if it was a place that wanted you to sit and eat. The food was ready quick. A little too quick! Which after tasting it i understood why. The food was dry! It tasted and had the texture as if it was precooked (fully) and reheated before being serve. Order boneless wings (buffalo flavored) received dry rub seasoning on the wings instead of sauce. The mango habanero sauce was good and almost completely covered the precooked taste of the wings, but it was hard to get over it as the texture of the wings was a constant reminder. Had 2 orders of fries, one was warm and overly seasoned with pepper and the one was fresh and hot but still overly seasoned. The amount of salt and pepper remaining after eating the fried was surprising. Order 3 ranch dips and was only given 2. Not a good 1st experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  The food was absloutely awful, minus the cheese curds& mozzarella sticks. The curds mozzarella sticks were the best thing! I got the platter or whatever its called. Buffalo Boneless wings in it, which they decided on their own to dry rub them instead of adding them in sauce. The wings themselves were dry, worse than trying to choke down a Popeyes biscuit with nothing to drink. Onion rings tasted like they were previously fried left out then refried for my order. The cheese curds and mozzarella stick tho were pretty good. I got my son a chicken tender meal with fries. Again the tenders were so dry it was like trying to choke down a Popeyes biscuit with no drink. The fries were fresh. My husband got traditional wings and fries. His fries were cold. He said it tasted like they pre cooked the wings , to re cook them as orders came in for a shorting waiting period. However the place was spotless! Very open. The bathrooms we're clean as well. There was one lady that was going around cleaning and bringing people their orders while other staff sat around. Oh to add the bathrooms were super clean too, without a funky weird smell. Looked like they had a nice little bar set up to that looked very organized and clean! I only got a photo of the tenders. Oh we did order for dine in, but when our food was handed to us it was packaged to go.

  Sadly disappointed, after ordering almost everyone after me that ordered received their food before I did to include the entire lunch rush, when I did get my food it was barely warm. Absolutely not what I had expected for a burger combo.
