  We have been waiting 25 minutes for our food and they just left half of it on the counter getting cold and we still don’t have 2 of our meals. We are a pretty easy going family but this if beyond rough. I have never been to a worse Bojangles in my life and we frequent enough to know the customer service differences. There need to be some changes here. The problem I have is there was no resolution to try and make the situation better. We ended up leaving and never received 2 of our meals for our kids. We asked for a refund which they did give us for the 2 meals and now we are having to travel to another restaurant to buy our kids lunch. Im not sure they were ever going to get it to us.

  Breakfast was really good this morning. Last time I was here it sucked had to wait even after making a online order and my biscuit was harder than a hockey puck.

  I understand why their rating is so low! I've been there twice in the last 3 to 4 months and both times my order was wrong. Over a 45-minute drive total to pick up an order, get home, realize it's wrong , go back then drive back home. When I talk to the manager and ask for their district manager's number, they don't even know.

  Always decent food here, but don't try and use a thirty minute lunch break or you'll end up in line waiting the entire time. Pretty popular spot.

  The last 5 times I have ordered from the drive through my order has been wrong. And for the past 6 months, there has been NO SALT on the fries. You guys are horrible. Zero customer service skills. Tired of wasting my money on this company. I won’t make the same mistake again. I don’t recommend anyone else waste their money either. I feel bad for the people with any interest in this company. You guys are losing it.
