    The last 5 times I have ordered from the drive through my order has been wrong. And for the past 6 months, there has been NO SALT on the fries. You guys are horrible. Zero customer service skills. Tired of wasting my money on this company. I won’t make the same mistake again. I don’t recommend anyone else waste their money either. I feel bad for the people with any interest in this company. You guys are losing it.

    I drove through tonight which I don't usually do and I was shocked that my order was taken by a computer. And then when I got up to pay for the food the girl at the window didn't even greet us and acted like we were wasting her time. I like a business that treats their customers with respect. They seem to forget that if there were no customers then they wouldn't have a job. Try training your employees to respect the customers or you might be losing more business. It's a shame because I have always loved Bojangles and now I feel dehumantized.

    I don't know who they have making the biscuits but they need to send them to Shelby NC and teach them how to do biscuits. Cause omg those was the best biscuits I have ever had from a Bojangles.
