  Went inside and there wasnt anyone in line but the 2 of us. 2 employers looked at us but did not come to take our order or acknowledge we were there. The Manager in the back, loudly spoke to the Staff stating "I know you all just got here but does anyone want to take a break now, I want to send Kayla (not sure exactly name) home since she worked the closing shift last night" They all became involved in that discussion leaving us standing there waiting. It was around 7:20 am. There were at least 6 Employees hanging around discussing this. We were looked at multiple times but never acknowledged or waited on. We ended up leaving. Very poor Customer Service.

  Not open this morning when they were supposed to be at 6. Sat for 3 minutes. Employees inside looking at me instead of doing their jobs. Service and food at this location are usually lacking anyway. Go elsewhere

  Worst experience me and my wife ever had. Waited in line for 20 minutes and still had 4 cars in front of us. We have never been in a line that slow. I get it’s the holidays and it is busy. Every other location me and my wife have ate at that is in South Carolina, has been fast and on point. The wait was soo long, me and my wife pulled out of line and went on to church. If you can’t keep up with the busy season, then don’t open a location near the interstate. Bojangles, do better!!

  Be a good idea to skip this bojangles. Drive through is Ai which is totally stupid. Super low staff, 93 or lower ratings from health department. They cannot get order right. Actually will overcharge without knowing what is going on, but were apologetic when I drove off without my son’s meal. Owners or manager needs to give up and let someone handle the business that knows what they’re doing.

  I am not sure who owns and operates this franchise but there are some serious issues here. Absolutely the worst experience at a fast food establishment ever. Had to give 1 star as 0 is not an option. My family and I stopped here while traveling through the aera on 11/29/25. The first issue we had was the A.I. system trying to take our order and it couldn't get it correct. We pulled around to pay and was informed that part of our order couldn't be fulfilled because they had already cleaned the grill. Ok, it was 45min before closeing time so I guess that it isn't closing but but rather leaving time. We just deleted that part of the order and then were then told it'd be 10min for the chicken in the supreme boxes. We pulled up as requested and 15min later we still don't have our food. The manager then comes out and said they had no fries for the supreme meals and it'd be another 4 minutes. So after waiting for another 10min or so I finally get out of the truck and go find the manager to express my concerns and discuss the issues I see with this location. The first issue I brought up was the A.I. program that they have trying to take orders and how that was the first of many issues that night. The first thing that the manager ( Sebastian) said was "That is not my problem!" Then I addresed the fact they were shutting down the kitchen early and couldn't serve items that were on the menu because they were trying to go home early. In the end we decided to not wait any longer and requested a refund. The manager then informed us that we would have to come back the next day to get our money back! After some words and informing that inconsiderate manager we would be there the next day did he finally refund us. Again, horrible experience here. Recommend everyone avoid stopping here.
