  The food was good, overall. The service is decent, but I wish there was more personal service. Everything seems to be going to kiosks, which is ok for those who like it, but there should be counter service for those who want it. The design is ok, but a bit sterile. Overall, it was a good experience.

  I got there at 645 and just waited at the drive through. No one ever helped me but I saw people moving around inside. This was Wednesday 3/18/26. What time do they open?

  Wendy’s It was a chilly day in North Carolina, so I stopped by Wendy’s craving some chili—and it was just what I needed. The chili was warm, flavorful, and hit the spot perfectly on a cold day. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which made the whole visit smooth and satisfying. Sometimes a simple, comforting meal like that is exactly the pick-me-up you’re looking for, and Wendy’s delivered.

  I literally just left Wendy’s & parked just to make this review. The cashier Karina , made my day. Her customer service was beyond amazing that it honestly almost bought tears to my eyes . It has been so long that I’ve encountered someone so nice & sweet that I thought great customer service had come to an end. Thank you Karina for putting a smile on my face & in my heart. I really needed that! Wendy’s please give her some recognition!
