Once I was inside I had to sign a form that said I picked it up. Infuriating. Really making me work for that drink huh? The smoothie was good but the acai bowl was frozen garbo. Will go to smoothie king instead.
- KMKristian Nichole MerrittMar 20, 20261.0Never have I ever done a review in my life. I’m currently sitting at my car and it’s 9:02AM. At 8:41AM, I ordered a spinach wrap and a smoothie. I made a mistake by not seeing that the wrap was on there. I asked “hey maam is my wrap on the ticket” and the general manager replied to me that she can’t make my smoothie and hand me the food at the same time. I thought this was incredibly rude because I wasn’t rude to her. Then I asked her name and it wasn’t given to me. I was told it was on the reciept which it wasn’t. The other worker and assistant general manager were unapologetic and treated me as if I was the problem. All I wanted was some food. Even when I requested a refund, there was attitude still from the general manager. I could hear her huffing and puffing like a high schooler in the back. This is horrible leadership and horrible service. I will never come back to this location.
