  We placed a mobile order while sitting out side your store at 2pm. When I entered the store I informed the lady I had an mobile order, I told her the name my wife name and she said that’s not the name I gave her my name she said that’s not the name I tired showing her my phone so she can compare it to her mobile orders she refused to look and continued to say she needs the name I told her my wife name for the three time and she said oh it’s right here. While looking over the product I told her I’ll let her know what was okay to put on my sandwich and what was not she raised her voice and said I’m gonna do whatever the receipt tell me I told her if the product doesn’t look good I don’t want it, my wife heard how she speaking to me and came into the store and asked her what’s the issue if i don’t want the lettuce just don’t put the on the damn sandwich she refused to make our order after being rude and outrageous, throwing things my wife asked for a refund she said her to wait for a manager to come in and my wife said okay when will that be she said when she gets here. My wife said your t fudge rude she continues to yell. The manager came in the conversation was going well, my wife didn’t like how the manager use talking aggressively and using hand motions while stating well our stuff comes on a truck and my wife said she knows she’e a manager and said well I been here a freaking hour and this doesn’t make sense. The manager then became rude and outrageous saying she’s from New York and you’re not gonna talk to be like that and my wife stood her ground and said this is how I talk I’m from Philadelphia when, she said that’s why you not getting your food now after just stating she was gonna give it to use free then walks off saying my wife’s trying to intimidate her after yelling she’s from New York because my wife stated this how I talk because where I’m from I’m not coming at you I’m just talking to you then gets behind the counter and tell my wife she’s lucky she’s in uniform and my wife got even more upset told her to come show me at first she was gonna come from behind the counter, stopped in her tracks and said I got something for you because my wife said she gonna contact corporate and inform them of the situation and with us getting a refund. All this is because the product didn’t look good. Decided to post here cause going through the app for complaints only gives you 250 characters to explain

  This is my favorite Subway. Tied with the Depot on Hay St. Isaiah and Tyree are always on point. Sandwiches are prepared neatly and with care. Its a very calm and chill atmosphere and they keep it professional. I appreciate their service and hard work. I have not had one complaint and will drive across town just to order here.

  Walked in , short lady with a raspy voice and mole was extremely rude. Yelled at everyone for just walking in “ everyone that just walked needs to give me 10 minutes to set up the vegetable line” understandable, rude approach but okay. But she proceeded to rant angry and I just didn’t feel comfortable have an angry over worked individual making anything for me 🤷‍♂️ store needs to hire more employees and better staff

  Worst customer service ever woman behind the counter was extreme rude to me. She said she was out of turkey and chicken so I asked what she had she got an attitude and when she saw the look on my face she said what you give is what I give i tried to explain that I just wasn’t sure what she had. She started cursing and screaming at me. This woman does not need to work with the public.
