  Let me be clear, I was DoorDashing so I didn't eat the pizza. It was 3 employees and one driver. The wait was long for my two orders. First off no employees had on gloves! They were cashing out employees touch and keypads and strings flower dough all on their hands stretching their head pulling up their pants pulling out their phone looking at their phone No one never wash their hands. One employee come back from delivering and went straight to fixing pizzas and didn't wash his hands! The other delivery driver came back and one employee asked him to help and he said he don't get paid for that He only get paid to deliver! The point I am making is If you can't wear gloves to make any customer pizza when you are wiping your hands on your pants stretching your head touching dirty money keypads and computer strings then I don't want no pizza from that Papa John! I seen it with my own eyes and I feel like any pizza place that's making pizza needs to wear gloves! This is why 95% of the time I cook It has to be a special occasion before I go out and eat. I know that's why we pray over our fool and trust in God that nothing happens to us and it was prepared correctly before we eat it but what I seen yesterday at Papa John I will never order a pizza from there!

  What's the point of asking how do you want your pizza if they're going to say, we can't add that particular topping to that type of pizza

  Needs more staff, poor guy was working alone but making some damn good pizza. Shame on the owner.

  This is the 2nd time in 1 week I have ordered from this location and both times my order was wrong and the delivery drive placed my order on the ground. There is literally a table and chair on my front porch and they placed it on the ground. Not to mention they don't ever seem to make it the way I order. Terrible service. If you want Papa John's, it would be in your best interest to stay far away from the 1 on South Reilly rd. They should be ashamed.
