Please just make sure your curbside order is correct, verify like 5 times before hanging up. There is certain workers who will tell you one thing and something completely different would handed to you. It also seems like they pre-choose their own tip before you even pay.

The only complaint I have is the steak and prime rib is always undercooked. A medium well or well done shouldn't be medium rare. We always have to send it back.Other than that we enjoy eating at outback. The salads, side dishes are great. Waiter/ waitresses friendly. Restaurant and restrooms clean. Cooks should be trained how to cook a steak.

Visited Outback Steakhouse for the 1st time for a To-go order. The ordering process if you walk into the restaurant is a little confusing. It would be nice if you can order at the bar area but was told I needed to go into a small hallway to place order. Overall the food did come out in a reasonable time. The to-go hostess was very welcoming and helpful. I ordered the blooming fried chicken sandwich with fries. I like that the typical order also had bread included. The fries portion could have been a little bit more and wrapping them in foil only makes them a little soggy. Sandwich breading was decent but the chicken did lack flavor once you had a bite. I like that the breading stayed pretty intact after each bite but the chicken needs some pre-seasoning. The bread was a nice touch with the butter as well. So I would rate them a solid 3 with everything.
