  The morning crew on 4/11/2026 needs to be retrained on how to read an order. They don’t know how to make coffee or even read what the customer requests are on an order. If the customer pays for extra gravy then why are you being greedy with the portion size. I pay for extra caramel syrup and my coffee tastes like dirt water. Im done ordering at this specific location because you can tell the employees don’t gaf. They hand you whatever they feel like making.

  I literally just went and ordered a 10 piece huntrix meal for my daughter. 2 cheese burgers which were seperate and another large 10 piece meal. I’m missing a 10 piece. Everytime I go to this damn McDonald’s I’m missing something.

  So, I went hoping to get some nice breakfast. I pulled up to the speaker and asked for a number 12 which is a steak, egg and cheese bagel and asked for an extra hash brown. I make it to the window and she asks me did I have a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. Like y’all don’t even sell that. I told her no I did not it was supposed to be steak, egg and cheese bagel. She also asked then I still want the extra hash brown I said yes. I get to the second window and realize my hashbrown was not in there. I couldn’t even do nothing but leave had to get to work. Half way home I open up my sandwich and they gave me a sausage, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. Not what I ordered. So I won’t be back there cause it was all a mess.

  couldn’t pay me to come here again LMFAO. lightskin girl w orange hair is rude, kitchen people clearly don’t know what “add” to a sandwich means, and when i came to get what i needed for my sandwich i was given BS. if you want a decent experience try your luck literally anywhere else. didn’t even get a receipt so i could give them the survey they need. 👎🏿

  Waited 20 minutes in drive-thru on a Friday night because it was past 11pm and did not feel like driving somewhere else. I finally got home with my food, only to spit it all back out. Everything was old, like it had been in someone’s bag since early afternoon and they decided to just serve it. I stopped by the restaurant to speak to the manager and all I got was excuses — not even an apology or how they intend to fix the problem. For the public: This McDonald’s has no standards on their food quality, and there is no telling what you’ll be putting in your mouth.. You’ll do yourself a favor if you keep on driving to another restaurant..
