She said we're CLOSED, and fumbled around on the counter to find her sideways closed sign that was covered up with bags, stands it in front of me quickly as I'm just standing there. My husband just shook his head and said "did that just happen?" How is the customer service desk closed?? Now you know why I drive OUT OF MY WAY to shop elsewhere!
