I am highly disappointed in the portion size I received for $9 spent solely on fries. I am from TN where they are gracious with their sizes. I could order a little and get almost as much as you would when ordering a large! At this location, I ordered a regular fry but it felt like I got a little! I know it’s different from location to location, but this is unacceptable for $9!

I ordered on DoorDash just a large fries since five guys has the best fries and the people there didn’t even cook them, it was raw oily and barely cooked. I could have gotten my kids sick they did not eat them and we got a full refund on DoorDash. Do better, how hard it is to cook fries. I will not be eating here again

What happened!!! Far less food, substantially more money for what feels like less service. What was once a premium fast food experience is now but a thought and will not be visited again. I always defended going to five guys because many said it was too expensive but they would give you a great burger and a ridiculous amount of fries now What is a large fry looks like something for a kids menu. Something so drastic can not go unnoticed and I'd rather spend my money at a place that is sit down and served over what five guys is trying to offer at this point. No wonder the parking lot that once was full looked like a ghost town... very disappointed and I will feed my burger indulgence elsewhere.

I ordered on the website for delivery and the driver brought the wrong order. I called up to the store and the manager apologized was super nice and remade my order and I came to pick it up. My food was nice and hot. The staff was very friendly and the manager on duty was super nice and apologize again. 10/10 And of course, the food is delicious as always. Will be back Thank you

I ordered delivery, so I get it’s not gonna be as hot or as good as when you’re dining in, but at the minimum I expect it to be made the way it’s ordered. I ordered a cheese burger with mayo pickles and onions, I received a burger with no pickles, no onions, and two micro dots of mayo. It was even delivered with the ticket stapled to the bag that clearly states pickles, onions, and mayo. If I was dining in, no big deal, I would’ve just went up and asked for it. Double check your tickets, always. And this is coming from someone who’s been in food service for over 30 years.
