I waited at the counter for 4-5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When I tried to pay with cash, the person was 'put out' by the hastle of getting me change for my $20 bill. The food was great and the facility was very clean, hence the 5 stars in those areas.

Management at this store is awful, every time i have been to this location, they have been in shambles. They are always out of very crucial things. Today it was bacon, pineapple lemonade, chocolate frosty, and trays. I received my 2 large drinks in 4 small cups, meanwhile I could clearly see a few different sizes of larger cups. Someone from corporate needs to pay this store a visit. I always leave in a terrible mood. You can tell the employees here are run down from having to tell every customer that they are out of 50% of their products every day

I couldn’t wait in the long line at the drive thru so I called to see if they could cancel the order. The old lady that came on the phone was VERY rude, hanging up on me stating “What you want me to do?” I called back to get her name and she then hung up again without even telling me. If you don’t want to work in the service, you should find another profession. This one isn’t it.
