    They closed the lobby a bit before 9 and I was on a 15 minute break proceeded to take 10 minutes in drive threw and when I needed to cancel my order and asked how the manager got aggressive with her words and also forgot I could hear here when talking to other associates. When I came back because she couldn’t give a refund bc I placed it on the app I did ask her how she told me to figure out myself, I just simply asked for the food and she said no… I deadass payed I’m a manger too and I know it’s not that hard. It really isn’t especially when you know someone has paid for it. I do have a video of the voice conversation of her telling me no bc that is just weird. I showed the girl I was still in work clothes and everything and my timer to go back to work and proof I was getting clocked on the clock

    Service terrible food terrible for the money don’t go here. I ordered a plain single and got that trash below. Person forgot frostey and. Acted as it was my fault. I would drug test this crew. You can not be the careless sober

    Waited 14 minutes for food just to get cold fries.an manager never got up to assist.more on coming staff was getting quicker service.
