I ordered using the Taco Bell mobile app about 15 minutes in advance, which is exactly how I always place my Taco Bell orders. When I walked into the store, I expected my order to be ready on the pickup shelf, but it was nowhere to be found. I asked an employee about my order, and she didn’t even seem to be aware that it existed. It took her a few minutes to dig through the system and actually locate it. Only after that did they start making my food, which then took an additional 5 to 10 minutes. To be fair, the employee who helped me was very nice. However, this situation completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead through the app. This has never happened to me before at every Taco Bell location I have been to, and it’s not what I expect when using the Taco Bell mobile ordering system. Overall, it was an inefficient and frustrating experience, especially for a location right off a major highway where speed and convenience should be a priority.

All over the store it says it closes at 1am, so why at 12:40am when I came through the drive-thru a female came over the intercom telling me "we will not be making any food"? I had to drive all the way to the Bragg Blvd location just to get my wife's food before heading home. The store closes at 1am it should serve til 1am.
