    Ordered two sandwiches online one toasted one knot had difficulties ordering online when order went through. Could not change the pick up time. Proceeded to call the restaurant took them 45 minutes and 30 tries to answer the phone when they did they proceed to tell me that the order was already made and I said I will not be able to pick it up until 5 o’clock. I placed the order at 2:30 PM. I told the lady as soon as I placed the order I tried to call and your phone kept ringing and then sends me to some message to put in a pin to login. She proceeds to tell me that they were busy and couldn’t answer the phone. I said well how is that My fault where it takes 10 seconds to answer the phone. I’m not gonna pick up my order yet. She says OK it’ll be ready at 5 o’clock. Get there at 5 o’clock. My toasted sandwich is the same sandwich she made at 2:30. I asked her ma’am I know this is the same sandwich from earlier. She proceeds to say no we just made it 15 minutes ago mind you the sandwich with ice cold, absolute waste of money And the fact that she didn’t attempt to make the sandwich over and lie to me in my face is very unprofessional and disgusting. No customer service etiquette or just common courtesy at all.

    At least one person behind the counter should have a good grasp of the English language, you'd think! I had to repeat my order 3x's and after leaving discovered it was still wrong. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future...

    Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The owner or manager on duty seemed satisfied with their employees work efforts, Sticky floors, Terrible training staff.🤢

    Customer Servers were very Top Drawer, Center Mantlepiece In Preparation, Presentation and THE SHOP WAS CLEANEST I BELIEVE IVE EVER SEEN!?! EXCELLENT 5 STARS SUBWAY!!! PM STAFF TAKES IT AND MADE IT RIGHT ON THE MONEY ... (Kids Deserve A RAISE BOSS!) A SATISFIED CONSUMER😃
