  They need real managers that will step in and train these employees on how to properly make food,no reason food is being sent out burnt and drinks and milkshakes not being filled properly! If I order a large I expect a large filled not halfway in the middle, do I pay you halfway no so I expect my order to be right

  This place is honestly a solid spot to grab an iced coffee when you’re on the go. The workers are super nice, the vibe is calm, and they really try to give good service. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get your order, but that’s only because they don’t have a big staff. Overall, it’s a great place to stop for a snack and chill for a minute before heading out again.

  Placed a mobile order and we had to ask multiple times after checking in. We called the first time after waiting 10 minutes and were told they about to bring our drinks out. Ten minutes later asked the lady delivery food to a car that came after we arrived and she went into check and she just had to go get our ticket to start making the order.

  On multiple occasions my order was placed wrong. Fries were overcooked or burnt. Drive-thru hop was pleasant.
