  This place is honestly a solid spot to grab an iced coffee when you’re on the go. The workers are super nice, the vibe is calm, and they really try to give good service. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get your order, but that’s only because they don’t have a big staff. Overall, it’s a great place to stop for a snack and chill for a minute before heading out again.

  Seriously I've been to quite a few Sonics over the years and this has to be the worst. My ole lady and I have been to this location 4 separate times over the last few months and they have yet to get a single order right. There's always an excuse or another for us to get what we asked for too. Go elsewhere!

  Waited 45 MINUTES FOR 4 SMALL SHAKES. The manager apparently took my order from what the employees said and was extremely rude. Cut me off when I was ordering and even rang in the wrong items even though I specifically said regular strawberry and chocolate. When it was sent back the poor employees had to come help me out instead of the manager coming to admit HER MISTAKE. And I don’t expect my $2 off the next time for not offering the items listed because there will not be a next time at this location. Good luck to anyone ordering at this location.

  I stopped saying no cheese and cheese allergy to just bad cheese allergy years ago. For some reason places don’t take that seriously! I check it and catch it and get it remade normally. Today my husband did that, ordered my food, checked it - and didn’t see cheese and brought it home. I didn’t see cheese with the add ons I get to the naked eye. Somebody went out of there way to scrape the cheese off the patty OR they accidentally put it on and took it right off- but the patty was still used. I finally tasted it 5-6 bites in and stopped. Why? Why not just a new patty guys.. It doesn’t make me not able to breathe, but it makes me violently ill to consume, and causes extreme pain and has for 20 years of my 40 year life. I have severe undiagnosed issues with my digestive system. Please be mindful. While it can’t kill me, it can make my life really hard for a day or 2 and send me to the er for fluids from the yacking. We all have things to do and none of us have time for er visits. People have to work Looking out for ppl should be human nature. Especially dealing with somebody’s food. I love sonic and love the one in hope mills. I don’t want anybody in trouble. Just be careful with cheese like you would nuts guys.
