Cilantro was slimy. Each time we went chicken seemed undercooked and no flavor. This is not the usual for Qdoba. I write this only to give constructive criticism so hopefully you can address and not go out of business

I stopped by one evening to get a meal, the staff that was there at the time did a bad job making my order. I called later and spoke with the general manager who apologized and told me she would have my order remade the next time I came in the restaurant. A few days later I stopped by and true to her word she remade my order. That is great management and customer service. Thank you Ana!

The employees didn’t have proper preparation and seemed scattered brained when it came to serving. They were out of most of the ingredients as well so I had to settle for what was there . I got my hopes up thinking the food would taste lik the Qdoba on base but it proved me wrong. The food was underwhelming and the queso was not seasoned at all , tasted like cardboard. I was so disappointed I just gave my food away and didn’t even finish . Proper training and management should get involved definitely. Goodluck with this place ! Wish you best
