  9/9/25 Service here is terrible and extremely slow no matter what method you order. This location is known to mess up orders and/or forget parts of your order- hence I stopped coming here. Turns out You have to come inside a physical store to place an order in order to use a online promo code because Pizza Hut app has some disconnection with promo codes from companies that they partner with -they work absolutely fine in Pizza Hut app but somehow not in the Pizza Hut store. So I Placed the order on the phone as I was otw- quoted “15min” and come inside after 30min and 1 little flat cheese bread is not ready ? Called 716 and left 749p. You need to hired enough staff to handle your service area efficiently. 1 manager and 1 staff isn’t working at night-This is one of the rare few original hut buildings. The wait times are extremely absurd when placing online. I literally only ordered this because the coupon. I’ve wasted close to an hour between 2 pizza huts. The flatbread was good (a flat pizza) but honestly I wouldn’t pay over 5$- you can get a medium pizza somewhere for 6.99.

  Excellent pizza. Looked picture perfect. Tasted amazing. Service was pleasant. Atmosphere wasn’t bad but the music was a bit loud for the dining area. It’s great Pizza Hut allows dining in again. Sure would be nice if they created a slightly better environment. Pizza Hut is one of the 3(?) places that offer a dine in option but is by far the best pizza.

  I pulled up to the location and went to the drive through as the lobby was closed before 6PM. A car was in front of me and seemed they were there for a while. Eventually they pull up and park at the csr’s request. I pull up to the window and give the csr the order name and she goes to get it and comes back with a hesitant look on her face. She tells me no one has made the order yet. Mind you I’m one of two customers there. She tells me it will be 15 minutes, apologized profusely and asks me to loop around. I did. More people show up and the CSR was really awesome giving people the bad news that no one inside wanted to actually make the orders choosing instead to play around. This young lady should be the manager. The manager should have been talking to these customers who, undoubtedly, gave the CSR a hard time. She should have been apologizing for the poor management of the restaurant but the manager hid in the back while an employee in her teens, at the most 20, handled everything: This did not seem like an unusual occurrence here. I did eventually get the pizza… the manager let it sit there until the CSR returned from apologizing to a disgruntled customer.
