Guy behind the counter tells me that my pizza is prepped but not in the oven yet and that it'll be another 30 mins. 10 mins after that, I'm told that my order had been canceled due to them running out of dough. I was told that they initiated the refund and that they don't know when my money would be back in my account.

Pizza Hut did great job fixing the issue and as always their food was great and employees/manager were so polite. But little Miss ANTWANITA clearly doesn't care about customers orders, being honest upfront, and thinks destroying orders after dropping them is funny. If you see her name as your delivery driver, check out before she leaves to ensure she didn't mess with your order.
