I walked in as he was on a PERSONAL call and told me to wait for him to finish so he could take my order, then proceeded to not take my order because I didn’t have a cell phone number for him to put down, he said it’s policy that without one I couldn’t order. I was the only one present in the store, he then told me I had to wait longer than expected for a personal cheese pizza because there was an order place at 7pm that took priority! How do u have an order at 7pm and it’s 936 at this point and somehow that order was still not complete yet?! He didn’t have an answer for that beside u need to wait so I asked for a refund he then stated as a MANAGER he couldn’t issue a refund to me! So I said can u call her since y’all was just on the phone when I walked in? He ducked his teeth and said she not here and she not coming in tonight and walked off. So I called the cops to report the incident. He said I have to wait until Friday to speak to Gloria for a refund. ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! and he DID NOT WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING MY FOOD! DO NOT EAT HERE
