The worst service in a restaurant of this caliber! We waited for food for over an hour and a half. The food was incorrect and an 8 ounce steak looked more like something my dog left in the yard. Although joking to some degree, it was improperly cooked and actually resembled a hockey puck rather than a sirloin. The wait staff delivered the 'food' stating they were out of baked potatoes. Not an issue if a replacement was offered with an apology. The wait staff couldn't care less and even more so, the manager allowed that food to leave the kitchen in that manner. Appalling excuse for an Outback Steakhouse. The bartender was the one bright spot. He was able to remain calm and professional after the kitchen caused several people to leave without food. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is not worth your time, definitely not worth your money.

The absolute worst Outback Steakhouse I have ever been to. Wow. Waited an hour and a half for overcooked steaks on a plate, and Alice Springs Chicken? Yeah that was just a piece of dry chicken next to the overcooked steak. The guy brings them out and says, “so… the plates are really hot and we are all out of baked potatoes.” Not asking what else we need, or want, no manager bringing it out to apologize for the long wait or the food we ordered not being there. Nothing. Just a bartender trying his best to keep up with a packed restaurant, no help, no one checking on him or helping him. Unbelievable. Completely worthless restaurant. Outback is one of my favorite restaurants ever. This one in Fayetteville? Yeah they need a new management team and whoever is in the back should just go home. Complete garbage. Never again. Oh, and I watched two couple walk out before us for similar reasons. Not an isolated incident, and I’m not young or entitled or any other lame excuse you can come up with. You just don’t know how to run a restaurant.

I ordered a sirloin steak with shrimp mashed potatoes and a side salad for takeout. The food didn't take long at all and tasted great. Leilani helped me today and she was great, very friendly, and took great care of me

Okay, so I was typing the whole experience on the events that happened and my opinion of them..but my phone deleted everything soooo, I am going to just summarize. The good: -The wait for a table- approximately 15 minutes when they told me it would approximately take 25 -/+ minutes. -The atmosphere was neutral, pretty happy all around EXCEPT FOR US and I'll tell you why in a moment. -The Bloomin' Onion tasted o.k and the side salads that we got and it only took about 15 minutes for us to get them. -The waitress understood why we canceled our entrees and gave us the bill on the electronic dock they had. -The bill was only 16.00-/+ BUT that included a FOUR DOLLAR small drink.. The Bad: -The floors were greased and SO slippery like dangerously slippery. -The forgetfulness of our waitress; we had to ask for our drinks and bread and butter. -The Bloomin' Onion filled my mouth with grease as if I took a big sip of grease with a little bit of fried onion. -The waitress that didn't check on us and NEVER TOLD US about how long the wait is for the FOOD we ordered... -We spent over 45 minutes twiddling our thumbs after we already finished the Bloomin' Onion and side salad... THEN at the 45 minute mark we had to ask where our food is and then she broke the news to us... The wait for Entrees is going for about 45-50Minutes... AND WE HAVE ALREADY PASSED THAT MARK! -The Diet Coke I ordered was 4$!!?!
