I got pulled up to parking spot #3 and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes while a worker kept walking up and asking what I ordered, even after I gave them the receipt. All the while, I watched 8 vehicles go through the line behind me and get their orders before me. Y'all need to slow down and quit worrying about that timer for the drive thru, and focus on communicating and procedures.

I simply walked out,I can "Definitely" spend my money elsewhere for sure !!! I can say this, If I where the owner, and I surely hope the owners look at their cameras ? I would fire every one of them !!! Just not Acceptable at all !!!! "IF ENOUGH PEOPLE WALK OUT OF YOUR BUSINESS !!! YOU WON'T BE IN BUSINESS LONG !!!! Including "McDonald's" !!!! Just look at all the Burger King restaurants that have closed, because of "Customer Service" Issues !!! ??? Let me go find a Waffle house, or somewhere where the employees welcome you into their restaurant, and will actually take you order !!! This generation is the worst !!! "Hands Down" I blame the management and ownership of this franchise !!! They just lost money that they will "Never" get back !!! Good Day! 😡😡😡

The workers were playing around, when asking for drinks cause cups weren't given, they told them the drinks were at the fountain. Missing a sandwich, a big Mac was improperly put together and fries were cold. Very disappointed in how this McDonald's is and had better luck with a much further store with door dash. Management needs to see this store over cause the professionalism doesn't seem to be in existence.

I also liked they had the app deal on the wall to inform customers. Cute Christmas tree in the corner. I don't get McDonald's often but my faith was restored at this location today .
