  I want to first say that there are some rock stars that work at this restaurant by the name of Crystal. And Cynthia. They both work drive thru. Firstly Crystal, her tone is warm and inviting and when I didn’t know what I wanted she didn’t rush me at the speaker. Then I went around and for some reason my card was approved only for a partial of the payment and I needed two dollars, she paid the two dollars for me. She didn’t have to do that. By the time I got to the second window I was had found some money in my ashtray. And even then she was like don’t worry about it. I don’t know why my card did that and I had just got paid but it allowed Crystal to show her heart and I appreciated that. And today I encountered Cynthia. She a ball of positive energy and I loved that. She reminded me to check my app for deals which was major because I work down the street and visits there frequently. The waited until the app came up because it takes a little minute. She greeted me a smile and the interaction from beginning to end was satisfying especially when you’re not having the best day!!! I know if I see these two girls at the window customer service will be A-1. I leave Cynthia who just lifted my spirits up for moment just someone just to hand me some fries. I didn’t notice until I was already gone and decided to eat a fry or two on the ride. Major disappointment. If the order takers are doing a great job then the food and the one that gives the food must seal the deal and they didn’t. Her shirt was different so that lets me know that was a manager!! And sis you know better! We gotta do better. But way to go to the order takers

  This is one of the few McDonald's that's their employees are actually polite and friendly! The food is what it is now...not what it was when the industry had STANDARDS and what you ordered was actually semi healthy or better yet not loaded with sugar & junk, but hey what can you do with a society/world asthat begs for faster cheaper easier & more, all at the same time?!?

  Ordered on the app and thought I would have a smooth pickup at the window...nope. I got pulled up to parking spot #3 and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes while a worker kept walking up and asking what I ordered, even after I gave them the receipt. All the while, I watched 8 vehicles go through the line behind me and get their orders before me. Y'all need to slow down and quit worrying about that timer for the drive thru, and focus on communicating and procedures.

  I just went into this restaurant to order breakfast, and I'm the only one inside, they had 3 cars on their drive thru, and about 8 people working, 3 workers and a manager , looking right at me waiting at counter to order, and they all just turned away and continued talking about the color shirt they bought or something !!! I simply walked out,I can "Definitely" spend my money elsewhere for sure !!! I can say this, If I where the owner, and I surely hope the owners look at their cameras ? I would fire every one of them !!! Just not Acceptable at all !!!! "IF ENOUGH PEOPLE WALK OUT OF YOUR BUSINESS !!! YOU WON'T BE IN BUSINESS LONG !!!! Including "McDonald's" !!!! Just look at all the Burger King restaurants that have closed, because of "Customer Service" Issues !!! ??? Let me go find a Waffle house, or somewhere where the employees welcome you into their restaurant, and will actually take you order !!! This generation is the worst !!! "Hands Down" I blame the management and ownership of this franchise !!! They just lost money that they will "Never" get back !!! Good Day! 😡😡😡
