Front cashier is keeping his cool and serving people one at a time, getting folks out smoothly and efficiently. Gotta say well done to this crew for handling the Friday rush!

But today, the entire lobby was filled at 12 noon with people waiting upwards of 40 mins to an hour for their order while the drive thru consistently moved with no wait. If the workers stop focusing on that damn time leaderboard and focus on getting orders out to customers waiting inside, then the day would have moved smoothly.
