Food is never hot and the workers attitude very disrespectful. I 9rder online now because of the workers being so rude. Now i order online and the food be so cold not good. I call they never answer or give a call back.

The ladies at the drive thru are always so friendly no matter if I go in the morning or late at night and that is so appreciated!!

They are so slow. Drive thru or inside. They dont take pride in their work. They are slow & they dont give you a full large fries. It's only 3/4 of the way full if that. It was a terrible experience.

Not sure what is going on of late, but recently the service has gone down hill. Everyone seems to have a bad attitude. Slamming food on the counter, rolling eyes when asking for ketchup or sauce, snapping at you when they ask for order number. What ever happened to service with a smile. Every customer should be treated like they are your only customer.

I ordered a sauger egg McMuffin meal, apple pie and a Frappe through doordash. They called me and said that their Frappe machine was down and would I like something else. Ok so i asked for a Strawberry shake. When I received my order the shake was watery and was loaded down with syrup and it wasn't even blended together. I tried to reach out to the store but no one answers the phone. Ya'll need to get it together, there is no way in the world that you would have drink this mess if someone made it for you so why not do right by other people. You need to answer your phone calls. This is ridiculous, people pay their money for food that should be done right.
