It was disturbing to see her do that in front of other workers and myself. The manager was a tall white lady that was rude. Handle situations away from others.

When I finally went in, they had my sitting on the counter and were all arguing about who was supposed to take it out to me. Food was cold and chicke. Strips looked more like chicken nuggets.

If you are on the outside ordering area, the inside drive thru lane will be prioritized for orders (I watched 3 cars pull up, order and continue before anyone attempted to take my order). Second, this is NOT the McDonald's to order anything customized. It will confuse staff. I got frustrated with trying to order both at drive thru and in lobby, so I just left. Wasn't trying to drive to another McDonald's and roll the dice again for something I wanted to treat myself with, but such is life, it seems.
