The food was absolutely delicious 😋, and my husband and I will definitely be back. I ordered online and had to wait a bit for my food, but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Even though they were very busy, they were observant and made sure everyone’s order was taken care of. I highly recommend Kusinera!

The food presentation on the plate looks exactly like the picture on the menu. The taste was excellent as well. My only wish that the establishment was bigger for dinning in. I get to the counter and lady that finally took my order was more concerned about cleaning tables. I stood waiting at the counter for several minutes at one point she comes to the counter and says she’ll be right with me. A gentleman to my left who was handing out the food , started to walk over to me, looked directly at me and still decided to go help clean tables. Finally, someone working in the back asked if I had been helped yet and if I was ready. I showed clear irritation and she told the lady she needed to come help me. I don’t care if you thanked me for my patience, learn how to prioritize!!

They were busy when we got there, but the couple in front of us took 20 minutes to order because they were just shooting the shit with the cashier. If people didn't grab their food from the counter, you had to hear the lady yelling "i dont like to wait! Come get your food!". Its unclear if they will bring the food to you or you have to go get it. Some people got the food brought to them, some had to get up and get it. If I do go back, it will be to go because the atmosphere sucked. I don't enjoy being yelled at for food I pay for.
