  I don't know why but from the get go It was a bad experience. The person behind the counter was very blah, had no personality Whatsoever I asked to please make sure there were no pepper stems in the sandwich. I pulled out 2 this is not worthy of $9 by any means. When I mentioned to the manager, my concerns, it was shrugged off like it was nothing. I will not be back. use to be one of my favorite restaurants back in Detroit. But now you could not pay me to go there. Thank you so much for ruining that for me.

  This is the DIRTIEST Jimmy Johns I have ever seen. Came in at about 7pm on a Sunday night, and there was food fragments everywhere, and they had all the meet and cheese and veggies outside of the cooler, just sitting out! Some of it looked like it had been sitting out for hours.

  Subs are awesome, professional sandwiches with spectacular flavor. Bread was fresh. I placed my oder online and it's always prepared right.
