But holy smokes, the crew working absolutely killed it. They were an exemplary model of efficiency, professionalism, and grace under pressure. Everyone was working their hardest and staying on top of the orders pouring in as best they could. The manager was polite to all incoming customers, making sure they were aware of any additional wait time while also making sure everyone was filling their roles to streamline the orders already in. Through it all he remained encouraging and upbeat for his team. It was quite impressive and as always, the burgers were phenomenal!

That’s unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. On top of that, they forgot about my milkshake. I waited around for about 20 minutes before finally having to go back up to the counter and ask about it. Only then did they realize it hadn’t been made. To make matters worse, the cheese on my burger wasn’t even melted — it was basically just sitting there cold. For the price you pay at Five Guys, you expect better quality control and service. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I won’t be coming back.

However, Antonio had the "Open" sign on, the door unlocked, and was already behind the counter working on an order! He had a very positive attitude and didn't seem to mind that I came in early for my pickup! LOVE to see this attitude in this day and age! He was very respectful and awesome, and he deserves a raise!
