I have been coming to this store for about five months and i have never seen the staff stressed, over worked or overwhelmed and that is impressive due to the high volume of traffic this store gets. They truly are a team and work well together and that’s what I have witnessed on all shifts. I would contribute that to the GREAT LEADERSHIP skills that i have witnessed from management (CHAFFE). CHAFFE is very welcoming and sets the atmosphere for both the staff and customers. The store is never filthy and that includes the restrooms as well. I feel safe consuming food from this store.
