  This Chipotle on Skibo Road in Fayetteville, NC used to be fantastic when they first opened,but now I wouldn't eat here for free. I don't know who the manager is, but they need to fire the whole staff and start from scratch. I one word to describe this place "Disgusting" from the nasty serving line to the overflowing garbage cans. Absolutely "Disgusting" I did not dare eat any food. I tried to contact you using the method you added in your comment and just like the workers at this location,it didn't work .

  My grandson and I really love Chipotle Mexican Grill—it’s one of our favorite spots when we want to change things up from our normal food run. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made just the way we like it. The portions are generous, and there are plenty of options to mix things up each visit. It’s a fun, easy place for us to enjoy a good meal together, and it never disappoints. Chipotle is definitely a go-to when we’re in the mood for something different but reliable.

  I’m genuinely not one to ever complain about a small mishap when it comes to takeout. I’ve worked in the food service industry, I know things get busy, and i completely understand stuff gets messed up sometimes + the employees are almost always teens or very young adults. However, I am TIREEEDDDD of this and have had numerous bad experiences at this specific location so I had to share my experience this time. I ordered a veggie bowl which comes with guac, and *cough cough* the VEGGIES. To my surprise neither of those things were in my order! How are you going to sell a veggie bowl to people and not have the most crucial part of the bowl?? The dang veggies. Anyways, I digress because that wasn’t even where the issues stopped! I go to grab my already heartbreaking bowl out of the bag, and what do I find underneath it? An Olympic swimming pool sized puddle of sour cream water and a bowl that’s dripping out the bottom (lovely!! This is going so great😁👍) I open the bowl to find that there’s almost no rice whatsoever. (I always get light rice but this was literally a sneeze of rice… a portion size for ants) What rice actually is in the bottom, got gummed up and was SWIMMING in bean/ sour cream water. I know dang well the difference between sour cream and the liquid crap that sits on top of it once it separates, and lord that’s what was in my bowl. So if you want a veggie bowl minus your guac/veggies, and you’d also like it to be baptized in bean water and sour cream excrement, be my guest and go here. Safe to say I will never be going to the Skibo location ever again. To top it all off, the app couldn’t even bother to give me a refund. They just slapped a free entree and a side of guac onto my next order😀 I think I’m going to pass on the opportunity to get a bean and sour cream smoothie again.

  We stopped by on 30 Dec '25 and the place was a mess. The floors were dirty, the tables and counters, and the food prep stations where they make your food. The only thing worse than the mess was the attitude of the hispanic girl with the nose rings making our food. It was a horrible experience.
