  Whoever is doing to go tonight 1/3/26 around 5pm, go home. Half filling these bowls. It's no way I can shake my bowl and here ish moving. They also forgot our chips and apple juice. My fault for rushing and not checking my order.

  Today I walked in to use the restroom. Afterwards I was greeted by a hostile female employee followed by another male employee telling me they were not open and to leave out of the back door. The amount of attitude and aggression could have easily turned the situation dangerous. I respect if the store is closed but the lobby was open and there was another customer sitting down. I only recommend this store if you want your food with a side of drama.

  I used to not have problem with this location it actually used to be me and my wife’s preferred chipotle location. But these past couple of times they have been getting sloppy and careless. We placed in online order for pick up, and I picked it up immediately upon the order being placed. Somehow our food was really cold and it wasn’t even warm at all. My burrito was just a ball in a ripped tortilla they didn’t even try to roll it up. My wife’s food was cold, and it just tasted so bad that my wife actually got food poisoning. May have to do with how dirty and unsanitary the place is now, just a mess everywhere that never seems to get fully cleaned up. That was most likely our last time there unless something changes. People getting sick from a restaurant is extremely unacceptable and something needs to be put into place for the better. Not only adults eat here but children do as well, if you care about your well being you’d stay clear from this location until regulations are enforced and followed!!!

  I stopped in for a quick dinner, and while the wait was a bit long, what concerned me far more was the staffing situation. There were only four employees running the entire restaurant: one person making all the orders, the manager (William) making orders in a smaller section, one person on the register, and one person cooking. For a billion dollar company, this level of understaffing is unacceptable. I have visited on other nights and have seen significantly more staff, so this was alarming. Despite the strain, Manager William handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. He continuously apologized for the delay and genuinely tried to make the experience better. The young employee on the line was working quickly and efficiently, and the cashier kept the flow moving as best as he could. Their teamwork and attitude were impressive under the circumstances. Chipotle, your employees deserve better. Do right by the people who keep your business running every day.
