  I cannot recommend Ashlee enough. She really made our date night special by how kind and attentive she was. We love coming to this location and we will always request her!

  Our first time here and our server, Ashlee (dark hair) was amazing! She was very kind & our food was hot! We never had to look for her- she stayed somewhere within reach to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely coming back for service and food like this! Way to go Carraba’s & Ashlee, you too!

  The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was excellent, however we had to return one dish because it was inedible and the server didnt even really ask what was wrong. How can you fix something if you dont know its broken? The lasagna was obviously frozen at one point because water started separating from the sauce and it had no flavor. It looked delicious at first glance and the portion was large, but it had no flavor. The mozzarella sticks I am hoping we're just overcooked. It had potential. The pasta was good and so was the chicken parm Just dont come here expecting something better than Olive Garden. This place only looks high end, it doesn't taste high end.

  Overall it was a great night. Our waitress was hilarious, idk if she intended to be but she definitely made our experience better after a miscommunication when we called to confirm if they were still doing the $45 dinner for 2. We were told yes then drove 30mins and after seated was told that they weren't. Our waitress went to talk to whomever and we were actually still able to order it. I guess it's the end of the promotion so I'll know next time not to even bother. Food was almost perfect, the broccoli was cold although everything else was piping hot. A simple fix by our waitress. Only lacked in refills but other than that, we still love a good Carrabba's date night!

  This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Fayetteville. We were quoted a 15-minute wait, which was reasonable. After being seated, the service and timing completely fell apart. It took roughly 20 minutes just to receive our salads, another 20 minutes for the appetizer, and then approximately 45 additional minutes for our entrées. By the time our food finally arrived, it was unacceptable. The steak was cold. The shrimp was cold. The pasta was undercooked. The service was equally disappointing. Our server stopped by the table once. The host checked on us and refilled our drinks more often than our actual server did. At no point did a manager come by the table to acknowledge the delays or check on our experience. This level of service and food quality is far below what should be expected from a national restaurant. Very disappointing experience, and not one I would recommend.
