  This was the best service I got using the ToGo option for Carrabba's. Management was very friendly. She acknowledged me while I waited to make sure I was being assisted. The ToGo person had everything ready and got everything I asked for once I got there. Laniyah S. was very pleasant and great at what she does. She presented great customer service.

  I don't know if the cook was in a bad mood that day or if they were short staffed but me and my husband went there and ordered appetizers: but first came out the "fresh" bread. That bread was so hard on the crust it cut my gums and cut my tongue. Then the appitizers came out which were: the stuffed mushrooms and calamari... We were just not having it. There was no flavor and the calamari was mostly all breaded. Then we had the side salads which was a poor display. The only thing that we tasted that was really good was the red sauce for the calamari. So we just told the server that we are very disappointed and do not want our meals. We cut it quits at the appetizers. I will not be going there again. And for 2 appetizers; it cost 30+$. Ridiculous.

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Carrabba’s! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting—cozy, lively, and perfect for a relaxing evening out. The food was nothing short of amazing—every dish was bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection, and served piping hot. I can’t let the moment pass without giving a huge shoutout to the amazing chef behind the scenes. You could taste the love and passion in every dish. To the cook who poured their heart into our meal: thank you. Your talent and dedication turned an ordinary night out into something truly special. Carrabba’s has definitely earned a spot on our favorites list. Great food, great ambiance, and top-notch service! Special thanks to Brian! Bravo, chef! 👨‍🍳👏

  My husband and I came here with our little one because Texas Roadhouse was packed and we didn't want to wait outside with our baby. It's fine dining portions and price but not quality. For $10 you get four little mushrooms as an appetizer. The quality of meats, steak and chicken, is very questionable. The pasta dishes were alright but not worth $24 each. And the tiny side of mashed potatoes for our son because they don't have a kids menu was ridiculously small. Like half a cup of potatoes. I used to love carrabbas chicken carbonara but it's no longer on the menu. They pulled a lot of things off the menu.

  There were four of us. We placed our order with the server. Two of the orders arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The other two orders arrived in stages over a 40 minute period. The quality of the food was poor served luke warm. Our original server was non existent. I made inquiries about our food orders and lack there of to three different staff members. Finally our original server showed up with our checks. We waited another 25 minutes for someone to pickup the checks and credit cards for payment. I finally ask another staff member to get someone to take care of it for us. I suggest you review your Management of this facility as it has really gone downhill. I have been to several Carabas restaurants over the years and this was a definitely not what I've experienced elsewhere. I would not recommend this restaurant!
