  We've been here a few times before and had great food and great service. However, tonight I was deeply disappointed.They brought out one persons food only. He was almost finished with his meal by the time mine came out. Mine was not made correctly, missing items on my burger. When I finally got my meal it was still missing an item and left much to be desired.

  When we went in. The person who was seating customer was not friendly at all. Didn't say hello and just follow me. Took us to a booth just laid the menus on table and walked away. Didn't say your server will be with you shortly. Just walked off. Rude! Then we sat at table for about 20 minutes before we were even waited on. Restaurant was not busy and you had employees standing around chit chatting with each out. Our food was good except the Ultimate appetizers platter: boneless wings were to hard to eat and onion rings were not done! No we did not get a manager or let server know because I did not feel like waiting for new food and don't think they would really care. The atmosphere needs improvement. Our server was ok. I don't think my family and I will be back.

  We got there at 4 pm, got sat pretty quick. We got our drinks in a decent amount of time but one we had them it would have forever to get a refill and barely got that. After we got our drinks it took 40 minutes for our order to get took. Then it took an 1 hours to get our food. Once we got our food the boneless wings were cold and they forgot our 3 side of fries. Then it took more than 30 minutes to get our checks. The waitress did her best not to interact with our table. Terrible experience, do not go unless you have all day to wait. Didn’t end up leaving until 6:40 pm.

  Server was friendly. . One person in the party got their food with overcooked fries 30 minutes after ordering. For a $13 sandwich you would expect a piece of chicken at least the size of chic fila but no you literally get a sheet of chicken so thin all you taste is the condiments. (I tried his sandwich while waiting on mine) He was completely done eating at a normal pace prior to the other two trays coming out. Once the other two trays came out one was missing fries that were never brought even though it was pointed out. The other had cold overcooked fries. My sons burger was good that was it out of all 3 meals. My wings were cold all the way through and was the tray missing fries. Asked for a manager and it took a good 20+ more Minutes. First and last time coming to this place. Poor server Jah did the best he could. Cold over cooked fried photographed. They took the so called wings back before I got to take a photo. Again. Our first and last time coming to this place.

  We went here for a family members birthday. It was a party of about 15 people. It took a while for them to get their barring but service went well. I got the bacon cheeseburger melt and it was delicious. The fries were shoestring and seasoned well. My son got the sampler which he also enjoyed. My husband liked his Philly cheese steak sub. We also order LIT and they were delicious. We haven't eaten here in years because I usually don't like loud sports bars. We may now have to give them another shot.
