  Las meseras no vienen a tu mesa , te ven comiendo y sin nada para tomar y no preguntan si deseas algo sabiendo que estás tomando , encima mala actitud , no te dan platos ni cubiertos por si quieres separar tus alitas . Tampoco te proveen plato para los desperdicios o huesos, y menos servilletas suficientes o toallas húmedas para cuando termines puedas quitar toda la salsa o residuos de ti . Nada de tips

  I was at the bar and noticed that the person next to me ordered the 10 wings special for veterans but was not allowed to leave the restaurant with his food. A waitress provided a box to-go but then the bartender ripped away in an aggressive hostile manner the box from the Soldier. I, myself am a retired veteran and im extremely discourage from this local for what I witnessed. The special was to make a purchase and you'll get 10 free wings. Nowhere it says that if the Soldier has to go back to work or somewhere; he cannot take his food with him. Especially knowing we are at a government shutdown and military personel pay are in jeopardy. This is not correct I brought this incident to the manager by the bar and the managers answer was even more concerning. She explained that the Soldier had an attitude with the bartender before I was there and thats why he was being mistreated along with the hostilities of the servers. He was notified that the food was dine in only and he could not take it with him. I said to her; well it was your own employee who provided him with the to-go box. You also reserve the right of service and any hostile patrons. Why would you escalate the situation by ripping the box away when your employee's provided it to him. I also said to her; i may have missed the interaction between the server and the Soldier but I was sitting behind for over 20min and nobody came to ask for my order. Not until I moved to an open spot by the bar. During that time i failed to see any of those exchanges between the soldier and the bartender. But still, your establishment answer to the situation is not right. Her excuse for me not receiving service in a timely manner was that they were in a shift change. Wish is ok for me but now I dont even want to dine in because of the incident i witness. She went on complaining about "how much she hates this day"; and I quote "look at this place full of people that come here only on this date and mistreat my enployees for free food" "they dont come on other days..." "I been a manager for many years and today is always the worst day". She made it very noticeable that she disliked veterans day. I decided to leave my food and pay for my drink because I was extremely uncomfortable and disappointed of what I just heard from the manager of this location. Theres a poor mindset of service at this location and it starts with the management.

  I’ve never been anywhere to include a plethora of other buffalos staffed so poorly and lazily. Half empty establishment 20 minute wait because we’re scared of double seating our servers. Cant give a booth for idk what reason with 9-10 open. On top of just forgetting to call parties. Shameful. Def reaching out to corporate.

  I have ordered food at lunchtime for pickup from the Skibo Road location many times. The food is always ready very quickly, and it's delicious! But most of all, the service I have received is wonderful! Every time I have picked up, Jayla is the one to get my order. She is always super friendly and very efficient. She goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. Thank you, Jayla, for such awesome service!!!

  I came to the location in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I come to this location all the time. The manager on duty on Halloween night October 31st, 2025 was very RUDE to me and my mom. We came in to dine in. She told us It was a 25 minute wait and was very unpleasant from the beginning. She was speaking loudly and she didn’t even apologize for the wait. The seating area as full so we were standing at the host podium. She returned back and said with an attitude we can have a seat. We let her know that there is absolutely NO WHERE to sit in the waiting area that’s why we were standing. She immediately got an attitude and because she was so unpleasant I told my mom we can go somewhere else I no longer wanted to eat there. Then the manager Nikki proceeded to tell us once again with a nasty attitude that we’ve been scratched off the list and can leave. This manager was very aggressive and seems unhappy with her job. I will not be returning to this location. Then when we were finally seated she sat us at a dirty table?? I am very disappointed with my experience here.
