Bonefish Grill is where I chose to go for my birthday celebration. The food was good, and I appreciated receiving a free cheesecake as a birthday treat. However, I was a little disappointed that the staff didn’t sing “Happy Birthday,” especially since that was one of the main reasons I chose this restaurant to celebrate.
Overall, we enjoyed the meal, but I wish the birthday experience had felt a bit more special.

I ordered the Black pepper undo with grill shrimp. This was horrible! Ididnt get the picture I got over cooked noodles , broccoli over cooked absolutely no seasoning. Horrible the only thing that was good was the shrimp. I dont recommend at all! Never will I order again. Take this off the menu cause it doesnt look like the picture nor the taste. I give a 0 out of 10.

We decided on Bonefish for the Wicked $5 martinis & they were cute & tasted great. Our waitress was friendly & the food came out quickly. We ordered the Swordfish with pumpkin ravioli, it was delicious. Also ordered the bang bang shrimp tacos, one of my favorites, but this time the tortillas were hard & seemed old on when they toasted them. The women's bathroom had a smell of chemicals & sewage coming from it, before you even opened the door. We had to leave, that smell destroyed the entire experience for us.

The service and quality of food has gone down tremendously at this location. A few weeks ago a friend and I sat at the bar, it took forever with service. The bartender stated a few people called out and they were short staffed, understood but the food was over cooked. The salmon was dry and over cooked. I gave them a break, came back a few weeks later and ordered food to go. Again, over cooked. It took forever for someone to greet me just to pick up the food and receive it even with calling it in.

We arrived around 10:50 am, we were almost right away. At the time the restaurant was pretty much empty . My wife , daughter and I were the only couple at the time in this area (people of color). An older white couple was seated behind us 3 minutes later. Our waitress did not come out until 5 minutes after we were seated. Of course she went to them first. They ordered their drinks and food then she came to us. All we ordered was 3 drinks , a bang bang shrimp (complimentary for us being veterans) we also wanted to order muscles and she said she will ask because of the season. 3 minutes later their bang bang shrimp shows up. 11:38am ours still haven’t arrived nor did come back and tells us about the muscle. 11:46am I told my wife to take my card and pay for our drinks and let’s go. Time is priceless and ours were wasted.
