  Ordered two biscuits and fries in the drive thru. They asked me to pull up so I did. No one ever brought out my food. After almost 20 minutes (not an exaggeration), the drive thru line completely emptied. I turned off my vehicle and went in, where all of the staff was just standing around. No one even bothered to acknowledge me. Finally I was able to get someone’s attention, and I told them what I had ordered. My food was sitting in the shelf, not even in a bag. It was the only food up there! Staff was rude, lazy, and had the worst customer service. My food was cold. Worst Bojangles by far.

  I’ve given this location more than one chance, and unfortunately the service has been consistently poor. About two months ago, I stopped here after work for the first time. After placing my order, I was asked to pull forward and wait. Fifteen minutes passed with no food. I eventually had to reverse back to the window, where the employee realized my order had been completely forgotten. I brushed it off, assuming it was just a rough day. Fast forward to January 20, 2026 at around 7:15 PM, I decided to try again. I ordered chicken strips and a 2-piece leg and thigh. Once again, I was told to pull forward and wait. That should have been my warning sign. After about 10 minutes, someone finally brought out my food — but the order was incomplete and poorly handled. My drink had no ice, the chicken strips were missing, and there were no napkins or straw included. At this point, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off issue but a pattern of poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. Management sets the tone, and unfortunately this location’s service and quality clearly need improvement. I won’t be returning to this location. I recommend going elsewhere BUT if you do come here and order, PLEASE CHECK your order before you leave. They will MISS your order 100%.

  Every time I come to this bojangles it’s cold food and cold service. 30 minutes for fresh chicken at 730 pm is crazy. There management is trash!

  They hung up on me and had a busy tone all morning today when I tried calling back a few times about my complaint case my biscuits just crumbling apart once I took it out the wrapper and my girls was a lot WORSE she couldn't even eat it before she threw hers away I had to take a picture of mine to show proof and the way they are ignoring us now and not providing us any kind of refund just got us really irritated. Now I have to try calling them during a different shift cuz I'm almost 100% sure their phone don't stay busy all morning. Instead of avoiding us now the guy over the phone will have to deal with me later. 😡
