Whenever we got our order we had some items missing and when we came back they refused saying that we had gotten everything. We had to spend another 10 minutes verifying everything and they finally gave us what we were missing. Worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to. Very slow too.

Her customer service at the front of the house and attention to detail made our experience(s) marvelous! Food is always fresh and the beverages are exceptionally tasteful! I beg to differ from the other reviews. Every time my husband and I come here, we're always greeted kindly by her. She's a great asset to the Bojangles team and deserves the recognition!
