They ask for your name only to be told they don't an order for that name. So you wait another 30 minutes while they make it (incorrectly) from scratch. Most anyone could blindly walk behind that counter with no training and provide better service.

The cashier was reading an order that I didn’t not place with the box. We then provided our order again. I was told to pull up and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. My food arrived and it was all in my box. I ordered for 3 didn’t people and all items were in box. I additional drink I ordered was not present or even found on the receipt so once again time wasted. I had to get out my car and walk into the establishment just for a manager to go back and forth with my and also would provide my refund receipt or regular receipt with my customer number. She probably wanted to block the survey. I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this store.
