  Waited 15 minutes after ordering just for them to tell me it was going to be another 15 minutes for white meat. Would have liked to know that after I placed order since I was on my break.

  I went to bojangels a few nights ago and my first impression was not good, maybe 1 person or 2, I waited 30 minutes for my meal these workers are young and very immature bojangels should hired older people not kids, there's never a manger around of course their attitudes need an upgrade they don't sweep, tables are dirty

  The staff was polite and food came out fast and fresh. What else can you ask for at a fast food restaurant?

  Went through the drive thru instead of ordering inside because I preferred to sit in my truck. I stayed in my truck and never left the premises and ate my food. I drank my tea and went to get a refill and was told by the manager that I couldn’t do that. I explained that I had my receipt and was still refused a refillable drink. Poor customer service. Think twice before you come here. I’ll gladly take my business to a better store.
